Do you only work with one type of business?
No. The demo uses an HVAC company as the example, but the same system works for any business where customers call, text, or fill out a form before booking.
Which package should I start with?
If most of your leads come from your website or ads, start with Starter. If phone calls are where you lose business, start with Pro. You can move up any time.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
The AI receptionist sounds natural and handles most calls start to finish. If a caller asks, it tells them it's an AI assistant, and it takes a message any time someone wants a person.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Calls you can't get to forward to the AI receptionist: after hours, when the line is busy, or every call.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It only uses the information you give us and never makes up prices. If it doesn't know, it takes the details and alerts you right away.
Am I locked into a contract?
There's a 90-day start so the system has time to prove itself. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Are there any extra costs?
Setup, hosting, upkeep and updates are included in your package. The only extra is phone time: packages with the AI receptionist include a set number of call minutes, and minutes over that are $0.25 each. We'll tell you before you get close.
What do I need to do?
A 15-minute call, then a short onboarding form (about 10 minutes) with your services, hours, prices and common questions. We build it, you test it like a customer, and it goes live when you're happy.
Does it work with my calendar or software?
It works with Google Calendar and Outlook. If you use job software like Jobber or Housecall Pro, we'll check on the call what can connect before you sign up.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. If you leave, we export your customer list for you. See our Privacy Policy.
